Fiberglass Volumes
Climbing structure made of fiberglass became recently very popular among climbing community. They are perfect for creating bouldering problems. And in same case you need just two pieces of volumes for a boulder. The big advantage (among others) is the fact that from “structurally” uninteresting climbing wall you can suddenly create a completely different and new profile. Another advantage is weight. Despite the large volume, compared to artificial holds or plywood structures, they have significantly less weight.
Ve made some development on fiberglass volumes:
- Inside the holes for self-tapping screws we add metal washers, what significantly increases the product life
- For durability of construction we add the ribs, which are extend to the end and create filling of the holes for screws
